Yousen
What we know:
So we know... almost nothing about him. He is mentioned in Violet's diary, as she writes that she put garlic in his bed, and as such he broke out in a terrible rash. Otherwise, very little is known.
Where we see him:
He is seen twice in the game, once during the attempted kidnapping of Astarion (he and Violet are the two that show up to assist Leon and Aurelia in the abduction, successful or not), and then of course during the ritual in the basement of Cazador's Palace.
They finally fixed it in the newest patch to where he does have a voice line! He describes his throat feeling as if there are razors in it, and that's it. Prior to the patch there used to be unvoiced dialogue asking if he were free to go, but it seems to be just the one line now.
Theories:
There really aren't many. By far we know the least about Yousen, and barely have even one clear photo of him--in fact to get photos for the guide, I used the "inspect" option during the potential kidnapping fight. As he is the only gnome/small species, sometimes it is thought that Cazador recruited him just to be especially cruel, or to target a specific set of potential victims. We aren't really sure since we unfortunately know so little about him.
There was supposedly a line of dialogue datamined where it mentioned him being a spawn for around 60 years, however I have not been able to personally confirm this, and it seems to be missing now--so unsure if this is true or not.
