Dalyria
(Elf or drow, unconfirmed. No last name.)
What we know
Dalyria used to be a doctor, as stated in her diary (we can find the diary in/on a desk on the left side of the guest room, in the same room we'll locate Victoria). She states that before she was a slave, she was "Doctor Dalyria, physician general to the parliament of Baldur's Gate." She states that she refuses to submit to such a lowly status, and unlike her other siblings, she theorizes that vampirism can be cured by a vast amount of "youthful blood", that might overwhelm the "infection." She'll cite Leon's daughter, Victoria, as the means to an end--given that his daughter is "pureblooded". This confirms that not only is Victoria his biological daughter (not through adoption), it also confirms that Victoria is not a vampire as of yet, backing up Leon's concerns.
Dalyria evidently will bite Victoria (hypothetically, I talk more about this on Victoria's page), but the blood seeming has no effect.
We also can infer that her and Astarion likely had some sort of close bond as siblings, considering she's the only one he has a nickname for (Dal), and considering her concern for him when they meet again in the beginning of act 3.
Following up on this, if you play the Astarion Origin in the game, and choose to ascend, you can get a very tragic scene where she'll plead to him to stop the ascension process, since doing so will ultimately kill her, and the rest of her siblings. In addition, she seems compassionate in general--during the same story route, she'll seem very disappointed if Astarion doesn't choose to free the 7000 others.
Where we see her
Dalyria seems to play a larger part in the spawn plotline. We first can meet her in the inn in the beginning of act 3, directly across from Sharess Caress. She's in a room with Pale Petras on the second floor (be careful not to use any illuminating weapons or spells here, or else she and Petras will immediately vanish before you can speak with them!) This plays an interesting cutscene for Astarion, but we learn some key things about Dalyria. She'll seem concerned about upsetting Cazdor by being late, and she'll be gently lecturing Petras. She'll also show a great amount of care for Petras and Astarion, both telling Astarion he was "free", and never should have returned, as well as pleading with Astarion not to harm Petras during his interrogation. We can infer she truly cares for her siblings from this, and she'll go out of her way to call them both "brother."
There's an interesting follow up to this, as Cazador's journal will note that her and Petras came rushing back to tell him that they'd spotted Astarion, confirming they told Cazador everything (though this is hardly their fault, considering the compulsion, as well as the torture all of them were undergoing while Astarion was missing).
Other than this encounter, and her diary which we addressed, we'll see her again after the Cazador fight. She'll ask what to do, and depending on options picked, she'll gladly go to the Underdark with the rest of the spawn (and the 7,000 others, if you freed them).
Interesting to note, if you speak with her after killing Cazador without Astarion present, she'll ask something along the lines of, "we are free, aren't we?" and automatically swear that you won't see her, or the other spawn siblings on the surface again.
Also, for...research purposes, her and Petras both have gold to be looted from if you kill them. Dalyria herself is carrying 23 gold.
Theories
I would say it's a theory that she cares the most for her siblings, but I wouldn't call that a theory since we see it all in the dialogue. A lot of people suspect she could've been one of the older spawns, however considering that the parliament medical group she's talking about wasn't founded until the 1400s, she definitely couldn't have been one of the first spawn.
It is interesting that Cazador picked a doctor as a spawn though, considering seducing targets and lying wasn't her second nature. Perhaps it was how caring and nurturing she was as a person...but I personally think a lot of her purpose there was served in treating her sibling's wounds. Of course this isn't confirmed, but what better way to punish/torture the spawn with medical knowledge than to force them to treat the wounds you inflict. We see her out with Petras, so it definitely isn't her only job if this is true--but I do think this was one of her uses.
